Role:
Tech lead in a team of 4 people in R’n’D department. The total number of people involved in the project is 7.Customer:
Product company Cybeready, which is engaged in the creation of the product of the same name. The product is aimed at training employees in compliance with information security standards.Responsibilities:
- Implementing new features in the core server application.
- Developing and integrating enhancements in the client application.
- Utilizing serverless computing technologies like AWS Lambda to implement new functions in the product.
- Establishing efficient CI/CD pipelines with integration and unit tests.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Managing the release process to ensure smooth and successful product releases.
- Mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Conducting interviews to identify suitable candidates for BackEnd developer positions.
